DE NEDERLANDSE DANSDAGEN 2009

A presentation of the latest generation of choreographers: Entertainment of Alma Söderberg (student School for New Dance Development) and Lu Carmella of Mor Shani (student ArtEZ School of Dance).

Entertainment is the winner of the ITs Choreography Award 2009, the prize for best choreography at the International Theater School Festival. A solo dance concert in which Alma Söderberg creates music with her voice on which she can dance but also encourages dance.

Lu Carmella received an honorable mention at the ITs Festival. A male duet dealing with the thin line between naïve and erotic love. What distinguishes love from love?

Entertainment is de winnaar van de ITs Choreography Award 2009, de prijs voor de beste choreografie tijdens het Internationaal Theaterschool Festival. Een solo dans concert waarin Alma Söderberg met haar stem muziek creëert waarop ze kan dansen maar die ook aanzet tot dans.

Lu Carmella kreeg op het ITs Festival een eervolle vermelding. Het is een herenduet waarin de dunne scheidingslijn tussen kameraadschap en erotische liefde wordt onderzocht. Wat onderscheidt liefde van liefde?
